Biography
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach provides support and practical feedback to assist in effectively addressing life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques offering a highly personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to build on your strengths to achieve the personal growth you desire.
I am certified in practicing Prolonged Exposure for PTSD to address trauma and PTSD symptoms, and supervise new clinicians learning this modality. I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) utilizing with clients to target mood symptoms and behavior change. In addition to having a private practice in Center City, I am a therapist and psychiatric medication case manager in a community mental health center. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA and a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Clinical Social Workers and National Association of Social Workers.
